ADHD

Targeted focus is key for success and growth. A multi-faceted approach to ADHD can give you the best results and reduce reliance on meds alone. In addition to evaluation and safe medication management I also offer Mindfulness and cognitive behavioral strategies to strengthen connections in the brain and improve emotional regulation, adaptive thinking skills and reduce distractibility. Nutraceuticals and nutritional approaches can support this process.

Mind-Body Balance

Physical symptoms like IBS, insomnia and tension headaches often accompany mental stress — but they don't have to dominate your life. With targeted Osteopathic Manipulative Treatments and Mindfulness to leverage the mind-body nexus, we can work together to improve these discomforts and restore balance- helping you feel better both physically and mentally.

Depression and Anxiety

I can help you overcome feelings of sadness, hopelessness and worry, and help improve motivation, sleep and focus. I can help you reduce panic attacks and negative thought cycles. All this helps you function better in relationships and at work.

Life Transitions

Life transitions, whether career changes, relationship shifts, or personal milestones, can be overwhelming. I partner with you to navigate these changes using a holistic approach that addresses your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, equipping you with the tools you need to turn these challenges into opportunities for growth and self-discovery.

Breaking the Cycle

Growing up with a narcissistic parent can cast long shadows over your life, affecting relationships and self-esteem. Together, we can identify these deep-seated patterns and work towards breaking the cycle, empowering you to build healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self.

My Approach

I provide integrative psychiatric care for those who value depth, strategy, and a balanced, results-driven approach. My method blends modern neuroscience, depth psychology, mindfulness-based strategies and nervous system recalibration to enhance mental clarity, resilience, and long-term well-being—without overmedication.

I specialize in working with executives, athletes, and other high performers who want to optimize their mental edge while staying sharp, engaged, and adaptable.

For Aetna and BCBS patients, I sometimes accept a select panel. Some integrative treatments (e.g., Autonomic Reset) are available as cash add-ons.

2. Intake Forms

Following our phone conversation, I’ll provide you with an intake packet containing forms and questionnaires that you'll need to fill out before our initial session. Please allow between 30 to 60 minutes to complete these documents. I’ll review your medical history, symptoms, and objectives in advance of our first evaluation.
